Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration for late arrivals.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle luggage storage, valet coordination, and concierge services as needed.
- Process payments accurately and maintain organized daily financial logs.
- Assist in the maintenance of the lobby area, ensuring it remains clean and welcoming.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working the night shift is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting luggage.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
