Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phones professionally and assist guests with check-in/out processes, inquiries, and requests.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk area and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle Complaints: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Process payments accurately and maintain guest records using our property management system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any guest issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, customer-centric attitude with a "can-do" approach to problem-solving.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
