Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Proactively address guest concerns and resolve issues with empathy and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for overnight operations
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and generate daily reports
- Monitor property security protocols and emergency procedures
- Upsell premium rooms, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain organized front desk documentation and reservation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
