Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Monitor building security and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card logs.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks or concierge services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a reliable team player.
