Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and VIP guest requests seamlessly
- Utilize PMS software to maintain accurate occupancy and guest records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with concierge and dining teams for integrated guest experiences
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for airport runs)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Kansas City attractions and local area preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
