Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and optimize room availability during night shift
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with discretion and empathy
- Maintain security protocols and monitor surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams overnight
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Act as local knowledge resource for late-night guest inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced overnight environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
