Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain financial transactions
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Monitor lobby activity and ensure guest safety
- Prepare shift reports and maintain guest records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for airport runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and nightlife
