Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns using our CRM system
- Monitor security systems and ensure lobby area safety during night shift
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Perform nightly audits and report discrepancies to management
- Assist with emergency protocols and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic knowledge of Houston area attractions and services
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
