Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately using the Property Management System.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and verify billing information securely.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
