As a Front Desk Agent on the night shift, you will be the face of our brand after hours, ensuring our guests have a safe and pleasant stay. Join us in creating unforgettable memories for travelers from around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries with a professional and friendly tone.
- Monitor the security cameras and building access points to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during the night.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and in accordance with company policies.
- Assist guests with any special requests, from wake-up calls to local area recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception desk and lobby seating.
- Perform light administrative duties such as filing and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
