Key Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs for all guests, maintaining a welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the night audit process, ensuring all financial transactions and room status updates are accurate.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues with professionalism.
- Monitor the hotel's security systems and perform routine rounds to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and concierge services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required.
