Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and route calls to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the building is secure during overnight hours.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and balance the shift.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.
Qualifications
