Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures and concierge assistance
- Manage reservation systems, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades, dining, and spa packages
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest data and financial transactions
- Collaborate with security team for emergency protocols and lost item resolution
- Train and mentor new front desk staff on brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
