- Answer incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful tone, routing messages and inquiries accurately.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- No previous front desk experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over history.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.
