Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the hotel's front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing the switchboard.
- Monitor security systems and access points to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Process payments accurately and resolve any billing inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle special requests and provide detailed information about local attractions and services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
