Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met at all times and address any complaints or issues promptly.
- Manage the hotel's budget, financial performance, and P&L statements to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety codes.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing budgets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
