Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Manage the night audit process, including balancing accounts and reviewing daily financial reports.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with key management and room assignments.
- Perform light cleaning duties in the front desk area as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and PMS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
