Prestige Hospitality Group is currently seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Agent to join our night shift team in Raleigh, North Carolina. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences 24/7, and we need a dedicated individual to keep our operations running smoothly during the overnight hours.
As a Night Shift Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or needing assistance after hours. You will play a crucial role in security, check-ins, and ensuring our property remains a sanctuary of comfort throughout the night.
Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, including registration and payment processing.
- Maintain the security of the property by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly via email or in-person.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are pristine, well-lit, and welcoming at all times.
- Process wake-up calls, housekeeping requests, and general concierge services.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing the shift drawer at the end of the night.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure seamless transitions and communication of any guest needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or hospitality role.
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
