Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Manage the front desk operations during off-peak hours, including answering phones and handling inquiries via email.
- Monitor hotel security systems and perform routine patrols of the property to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions with high accuracy.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
