Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services for optimal operations
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) highly desirable
