Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, develop and monitor budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and VIP guests, ensuring their needs are exceeded at every touchpoint.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy and enhance the hotel's market presence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
