Responsibilities
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk, lobby, and common areas throughout the night.
- Monitor building security systems and ensure guest safety protocols are followed.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and transportation arrangements.
- Manage the property management system (PMS) and maintain guest profiles.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
