Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in with efficiency and a smile.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
- Monitor the security of the building, including key control and access logs for guests and staff.
- Assist guests with any special requests, such as wake-up calls, room service orders, or local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception desk and waiting lounge.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of guest services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shifts.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
