Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person.
- Manage the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and general administrative tasks.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare accurate daily reports.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required—we provide full training.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move freely throughout the property.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
