Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in/out guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservations and handle inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

- Utilize hotel management systems (training provided)
