Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
