Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register/check out guests using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest transportation
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a pristine front desk area and lobby environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
