Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional greetings to all hotel guests
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures using PMS software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 25+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Willingness to learn hospitality systems
