Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, payments, and key issuance using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and relay messages promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Security & Safety: Monitor lobby areas to ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs, reports, and filing systems as required by hotel standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
