Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using our property management system
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and reconcile daily transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate reservation records and room status updates
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures during night hours
- Perform nightly audit tasks and generate operational reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
