Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize property management systems (Opera) for inventory and reporting
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Expertise in Opera, Marriott, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (for vaif duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
