Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our proprietary PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous cleanliness and organization
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation requests
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train motivated individuals

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
