Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out service to 50+ guests daily
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments using OPERA software
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
