Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless, well-stocked, and inviting at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the front desk operations, including answering phones and managing reservations.
- Support special events and conferences by setting up meeting spaces and providing logistical assistance.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards set by the hotel and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage or cleaning supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
