Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures and personalized assistance
- Manage room reservations using our proprietary hotel management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and manage cash drawer
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards through consistent cleanliness and professional appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
