Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Answering phones and managing reservations with precision
- Resolving guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assisting with luggage and guest requests
- Implementing safety and security protocols
Qualifications
