Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Reception Operations: Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and respond to emails and walk-in inquiries promptly.
- Reservations: Assist with room bookings, handle check-outs, and process payments accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Services: Provide directions, local recommendations, and information about hotel amenities to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a tidy front desk area and lobby, reporting any maintenance issues to the engineering team immediately.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
