Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Manage the front desk lobby area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems.
