Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Operate property management systems (PMS) and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer responsibilities
- Act as local tourism ambassador with knowledge of Oklahoma City attractions
Qualifications
- No experience required - we welcome career changers and recent graduates
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented mindset
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (preferred but not required)
