Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing room keys.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We train motivated candidates!
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and property management systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
