Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
