Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservation systems and handle payment transactions accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Process mail/packages and manage guest communications
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak hours
