Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process payments, manage room keys, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality control.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and directions.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
