Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key distribution.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, services, and directions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Update guest information and resolve basic customer service issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
