Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using our property management system
- Manage reservations and room assignments Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Market hotel amenities and services to guests
Qualifications
