Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain immaculate room standards and common areas
- Process reservations and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems, POS)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for transportation duties)
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for F&B roles)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
