Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and answering inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards.
- Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently and escalate complex issues to management immediately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as filing or answering phones, as needed.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the hospitality business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driverβs license (preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency for processing reservations and guest data.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
