Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check-in/check-out guests using our property management system
- Manage reservation inquiries, room assignments, and payment processing
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency (concierge services, amenities)
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate records of guest communications and room status
- Execute upselling opportunities for room upgrades and resort services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving aptitude
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No hospitality experience required – we train!
