Responsibilities
- Efficiently check in/out guests while maintaining warm, professional interactions
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest needs
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a pristine lobby environment
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
