Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to all guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a polite and professional manner.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions, ensuring all financial records are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or hotel management degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A professional appearance and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
